All products are subject to availability, if for some reason we are currently out of stock of a particular product you will be notified immediately.

Ordering Goods: Ordering from Natures Skin Care is easy all you have to do is select the product you want and add it to your shopping cart once you have finished just check out. Then you will be guided through to PayPal were you can securely make your payment via credit card or your PayPal account, just complete your personal information and any other information requested and your order will be on its way.

Currency: All prices shown on this web site are in United States Dollar (US$)  If you are purchasing products with a different Currency your credit card company will automatically calculate the exchange rate. You may however be charged a fee for this service, please check with your bank for details.

 

Delivery: Natures Choice Skin Care use Australia Post for delivery.

FREE Delivery - All prices include Airmail postage or within Australia Parcel Post Delivery.

Shipping within Australia 1 to 5 Working days.

Shipping Worldwide 3 to 10 Working Days

Orders are generally shipped next working business day after your order is placed, if however there will be a delay you will be notified at first instance.

Natures Choice Skin Care is not liable for delayed mail. The above delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

Security: You can feel safe and secure when using our online shopping as we use PayPal for our payment processing, when you are transferred to PayPal for your personal and payment information you will notice the pad lock on the screen. Your information will be encrypted for your protection.

Question: Once I have purchased a product how long will it take before it is shipped?

Answer: Once your order has been placed and accepted it will be shipped the following business day.  


Question: What if I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?

Answer: If you purchase a product that is “Out of Stock”, we will notify you immediately and let you know how long it will be until we can dispatch your order.  


Question: If one product out of my order is “Out of Stock” does the remainder of my order get dispatched?

Answer: Yes, we will send the other items you ordered and send you the “Out of Stock” items as soon as we receive them. Note: you will not be charged for the delivery of an “Out of Stock Item” if we have already dispatched the remainder of your order.  


Question: What if I receive my goods and they are damaged?

Answer: If you receive any products that are damaged please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange replacement.


Question: Are my credit card and personal information safe?

Answer: Yes, we use PayPal for secure payments. PayPal is trusted by over 20 millon users Worldwide. PayPal has a secure server, which means your credit card and personal information is kept safe. We do not under any circumstances release your personal information to anyone.


Question: What if I am unhappy with a product I have purchased?
